A new build is the largest project most people will ever take on. We work alongside you from architectural plans through to your Code Compliance Certificate, managing consents, subcontractors, materials and timelines so the process stays clear and the build stays on track.

01 / DESIGN & CONSENTING

02 / CONSTRUCTION

The same crew that starts your build finishes it. Choppy or a senior team member is on site daily. Subcontractors are local, trusted, and chosen to deliver to our standard — not someone else's.

LICENSED BUILDING PRACTITIONER

All structural work is carried out or supervised by an LBP, as required for Restricted Building Work under the NZ Building Act 2004.
