Renovations & additions in Raglan.
Whether you're modernising a kitchen, recladding a character home, or adding a second storey — we work on existing homes with the same care as new builds.
Working with what's already there.
Renovating an existing home means respecting the bones of what's there — and being honest about what needs to change. Some homes need a sensitive restoration; others need a structural rethink. We help you figure out which one yours needs.
Holiday homes, character properties, family homes that have outgrown themselves — Raglan has all of them. We've worked on enough of each to know what to look out for.
Updating the spaces you live in.
Kitchens, bathrooms, recladding, reroofing, replacing tired joinery with thermally broken units that suit Raglan's climate. Renovations improve how a home feels and functions without changing its footprint.

- Recladding & reroofing
- Joinery & insulation upgrades
More space, done properly.
Second storeys, ground-floor extensions, sleepouts. An addition needs to feel like part of the original home — same lines, same materials, same level of finish — not bolted-on.
