Bedroom & Bathroom Extension

A new bedroom and bathroom added to the side of an existing home at Whale Bay. The brief was straightforward: more space, no compromise on how the finished house reads from the street.

We extended the footprint with a matching pitch and material palette so the new wing sits as if it had always been there. As part of the work, we recladded the existing home and replaced the old roof — bringing both halves of the house up to the same standard at the same time.

The owners now have the space they needed and a home that looks settled, not extended. That’s the goal every time.
