Kitchen & Living Renovation
Greenslade Road, Raglan — Completed April 2025
A 1970s home that had been well looked after but was overdue for a kitchen upgrade. The owners wanted to open up the kitchen to the living space, replace tired joinery, and bring some warmth into rooms that had gone cold and flat over the years.
We removed a non-load-bearing wall to open the kitchen into the living area, replaced the flooring across the entire ground floor with engineered oak, and built new kitchen joinery in matte ash with a honed Caesarstone bench. The island sits as a natural divider between the two spaces without putting up a wall.
A two-week disruption for the family during the kitchen-out phase — but they moved back in to a home that finally felt their own.
More of our work.
